If you are a new patient or client, you will receive the required intake and consent forms before your appointment. Please complete all forms before arriving for your visit so that your appointment time can be focused on your assessment and treatment.
Forms that are not completed in advance will need to be completed at the beginning of your appointment and will take time away from your scheduled appointment time.

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Virtual appointments by video or phone are available for naturopathic medicine.
Do I need a referral?
No. A referral is not required to book an appointment.
Are services covered by insurance?
Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and individual plan. Naturopathic medicine, registered massage therapy, and acupuncture may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.
Do you offer direct billing?
Direct billing is available for select insurance providers and plans. Please confirm your individual coverage with your insurance provider.
What should I book if I am a new patient?
For naturopathic medicine, please book an Initial Consultation. For acupuncture or massage therapy, select the corresponding Initial appointment.
Can I book a free consultation before becoming a naturopathic patient?
Yes. A complimentary 15-minute Information Session is available if you have questions about naturopathic medicine or would like to determine whether the services offered are a good fit for your needs. No assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations are provided during this appointment.
